The help systems represent our best efforts to provide you with resources that can answer your questions thoroughly and easily. If you have received an error message of any sort, it has been fully documented in an error log file in the installation directory (consult the Tech Support topic in help for the name of the file). If contacting us by email, please provide this information in your initial contact. If contacting us by phone, be prepared to provide it.
If you call: Please have your computer up, running the product, and within reach of the phone. If support is not available when you call, leave a message and we will call you back ASAP.
